Luisa of Saxony back in court

October 7, 1920

By Special cable to the New York Times.    Princess Luisa, the divorced wife of King Friedrich August of Saxony, is back again on the scene.  She has filed suit against her second husband, Enrico Toselli, accusing him of neglecting their child, Filiberto Emanuele, and "spent on himself 40,000 lire she had assigned for the maintenance of the boy."
Louise, who has the title Countess of Montignoso, and Toselli are separated.   Toselli responded by saying that the "accusations are absolutely false."   The child "is perfectly well and tenderly cared" for by Toselli's mother.  Toselli said that he is "ready to defend himself before a court of law.
Archduchess Luisa of Austria, Princess of Tuscany, was married at Vienna in 1891 to then Crown Prince Friedrich August of Saxony.  They had six children.  In December 1902, the Crown Princess ran off with André Giron,  her children's tutor.
The Crown Prince and Crown Princess were divorced in 1903.  She was given the title Countess of Montignoso after Austrian Emperor Franz Joseph stripped her of title of Archduchess.
In 1907,  Luisa, then 37years old, married Enrico Toselli, a 24-year old Italian musician.
Several years ago, her  memoirs, My Own Story, were published in the United States.
