Prince Philip update

The Duke of Edinburgh has suffered a recurrence of a bladder infection, and has been admitted to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

From Buckingham Palace:  "The Duke of Edinburgh has had a recurrence of the bladder infection that he had in the summer and has been admitted to hospital for investigation and treatment. His Royal Highness is likely to remain there for the next few days."

Gall bladder infections in older people is a much more serious matter than the news outlets and the Palace are making it seem...we lost our grandmother to this condition around the same age because she was too old to remove the gall bladder and sepsis moved in..here's to a speedy recovery to the Duke..

It is not a gall bladder infection. Americans are more likely to say urinary infection.
